Hi,

Hi, I’m Adam, the founder of Kings of the Road Coffee. What started as a simple love for a great brew and the open road has grown into a heartfelt mission: bringing people together over exceptional coffee, wherever the journey takes us. With every cup we serve, I aim to create more than just a pick-me-up — I want to fuel meaningful moments, spark conversations, and strengthen communities. This brochure shares our story so far, the causes we care about, and how we can help make your next coffee break an unforgettable experience.

Our Story

At Kings of the Road Coffee, our mission is simple: to serve exceptional, premium coffee from around the world — straight to your neighbourhood, event, or adventure — from the back doors of our vans. Every cup is about more than convenience; it’s a chance to connect people with the craft, culture, and story behind great coffee.

We work with leading UK roasters who share our standards for quality, freshness, and ethical sourcing. Our beans are carefully selected and roasted to highlight each origin’s character, then expertly brewed to deliver a consistently great cup — from bright, vibrant single origins to rich, chocolatey blends.

We believe understanding coffee makes it more enjoyable. Through conversation, tastings, and pop-up experiences, we share the journey from plant to cup in an approachable, engaging way.

Sustainability sits at the heart of what we do. We partner with responsible suppliers, use compostable or reusable serviceware, and continually look for ways to reduce our environmental footprint.

Our mobile vans allow us to meet people where they are — building community and bringing high-quality coffee to places that deserve it.

Charity & Community

More than just great coffee, we aim to foster a sense of community—a welcoming space where people can come together, share experiences, and find comfort. For those navigating difficult times, we are dedicated to providing a safe and supportive environment.

With every cup, we hope our customers take away not only an exceptional taste but also a meaningful connection to the story of the coffee they enjoy.

As the director, I’m a 40-year-old Nottinghamshire native with a vision to create a brand rooted in sustainability, community, and integrity. My dream is to expand our reach, showcase the artistry of lever pull machines, and make a difference by raising funds for charitable causes such as Childrens Bereavement Centre and Positively Empowered Kids.

I am also committed to empowering aspiring baristas, providing them with opportunities to grow and thrive in their careers. Together, we strive to build more than a coffee brand—we aim to create a legacy of quality, care, and connection.
